How to use Pharmacistdirect

Searching for products:

The search facility begins with you selecting a condition from a drop down list. You are then required to go through a series of filtering questions in order to display suitable products. The site then gives you the option of viewing more detailed information on these selected products, which can be printed out and taken to your pharmacy or supermarket.

You can narrow searches by using one or more of the following search modifiers:

Age - by selecting the age of the person(s) the product is for, the search will only show you products suitable for persons of that age. This is particularly useful if you are searching for products suitable for children or infants.

Product name - if you want to find out information about a medicine, the product button allows you to go straight to that medicine.

Searching for pharmacies:

To search for a pharmacy all you need to do is select the find a pharmacy option and enter your postcode. All the pharmacies in your locality will be displayed with their phone numbers. If the site has more information on that particular branch you will have the option of viewing this by selecting the more information link.
