Many teenagers now are having an issue with their health because of the fast foods they are eating. Being a teenager it is very difficult to stay healthy but it isn’t impossible. Get a few ideas on how to keep yourself healthy with the following tips that are cited below.

· Firstly, try to avoid tobacco products as much as you can and don’t breathe a second hand cigarette.
· Eat properly and don’t eat much fast food as it will harm your health. Try having fresh fruits and vegetables every day.
· Drink a sufficient amount of water daily. It will keep your metabolic rate increased.
· Don’t consume a high amount of alcohol. Drink occasionally. Instead of that drink fresh fruit juice.
· Do exercises every day atleast make it 20 minutes a day. Try cycling, walking etc.
